Our Motto

Mission First Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was founded by a former Navy SEAL. The school draws its inspiration from a SEAL Team motto “Mission First...People Always.” Navy SEALs are taught to put the operation first and leave no one behind on the battlefield.

Adult Classes

Mission First Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was established in 2008. Since the school’s inception, the adult program has been its core, with one of the most diverse mats in the country.

Through our crawl, walk, run teaching curriculum, our instructor staff instills that the path to a Black Belt is a marathon, not a sprint. Mission First BJJ welcomes any student who is ready to commit to these values and make a positive life-altering change through the study of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Kids Classes

The Kid’s Class incorporates strength and conditioning to keep your child strong and healthy. The Kid’s Class Curriculum introduces your child to Jiu-Jitsu with functional games for fun.

In addition, Mission First Jui-Jitsu places a high emphasis on anti-bullying techniques and confidence building. Your child will be introduced to the basic fundamental techniques.

“All students are taught that the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu path is a long and hard road. It is a marathon, not a sprint. Each student understands that everyone at the school is going through the same thing, but we are all going through it together.”
